- Go To Blogger > Layout > Add A Widget > HTML/JavaScript
- Paste the script given below:
<style type="text/css">body, a:hover {cursor: url(CURSUR URL), progress;}</style>
- Now replace CURSOR URL with your Cursor URL(in .CUR format)
- You can find lots of cursor around the internet.....
