So it's cool that you see my image with my site's name in search results which is a really good way to promote yourself with your blog but lots of guys don't have any idea how to do this. It's pretty simple just follow these simple steps below. First of all you should be using your Google + profile instead of your Blogger profile. You can use your Google + profile by clicking here.
- Go To Blogger > Template > Edit HTML > Post following code just above <head> :
<link href='https://plus.google.com/123456789012345678901' rel='author'/>
- In above code replace 123456789012345678901 with your Google + profile ID.
Now visit Google Rich Snippet Tool and test your blog's URL and see the magic!!!
